1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or purchasing licenses for Zilogon or using the ZigmaLogic website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or immediately uninstall the Software.

2. Software License Grant & Usage Limits (Per-Device Annual License)

1. Free License: A non-commercial, revocable, personal free license to use baseline 50Hz telemetry and HUD features. 2. Pro Annual License: Upon verified payment of NT$ 390 / 365 days via ECPay, we grant a single-device, non-exclusive HMAC activation key tied to your Device ID. Reverse engineering, cracking, decompilation, or unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Water Sports Safety & Hardware Waterproofing Disclaimer

1. Water Sports Risk: Competitive dragon boating and rowing involve natural environmental risks. Users must follow maritime safety regulations and wear certified life vests at all times. 2. Device Waterproofing Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring adequate waterproof casing, secure tethering, and shock absorption when placing phones on watercraft. We assume no liability for water damage, screen breakage, or lost devices resulting from capsizing or vibration. 3. Training Aid Nature: All telemetry readouts are scientific coaching references and do not constitute marine safety navigation equipment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, algorithms, telemetry models, and UI assets of ZigmaLogic Folio and Zilogon are the exclusive intellectual property of ZigmaLogic Studio and Ray Du. Unauthorized reproduction or dissemination is strictly forbidden.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
