2. Sports Telemetry Privacy (100% Local Offline Guarantee)

1. Zilogon employs a 100% Offline-First edge-computing architecture. High-frequency 50Hz IMU telemetry (accelerometer, gyroscope, attitude angles), stroke rates, hydrodynamic decay curves, and session logs generated during training are stored strictly within your local device SQLite database. 2. The Software will never transmit your training data, telemetry, or course tracks to external cloud servers without your explicit manual action. 3. You may export training logs to standard CSV files locally at any time, maintaining total sovereignty over your telemetry data.

3. Categories & Purposes of Personal Data Collection

When you purchase a license, sponsor our project, or contact support, we may collect the following necessary information: 1. Contact Information: Your email address and name/handle for license delivery and communication. 2. Device ID: A one-way hash identifier generated from device hardware features by Zilogon (e.g., ZILOGON-8A2F-9C10), used solely for offline HMAC license validation. It contains no reverse-traceable identity numbers or phone numbers. 3. Transaction Records: Order number, transaction amount, payment timestamp, and order notes from ECPay. We NEVER view or store your credit card numbers, CVV security codes, or banking passwords.

4. Third-Party Payment Gateway & Security (ECPay)

Online payments are processed through ECPay (Green World FinTech Service Co., Ltd.), a leading payment gateway provider in Taiwan. All credit card and electronic transactions are handled on ECPay's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified secure gateway using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
